• Recognizing and celebrating student athlete achievements
• Organizing nominations by recognition themes

We do not:

• Use information for marketing or advertising purposes

All nominations submitted are publicly displayed on the Wall of Fame, including:

• Nominee's full name
• Nominator's full name
• Reason for nomination

• Associated theme/category

By participating in the nomination process, you consent to this public display of information.

All information is stored securely on our servers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of data.

5. Data Retention

Nominations are retained indefinitely as part of the historical Wall of Fame unless removal is requested by contacting the site administrator.

This platform may be used by or for individuals under 18. We collect only the minimum necessary information (names and nomination details) and do not collect any additional personal information from minors. Parent/guardian and institutional consent should be obtained before participation.
